Smart charging
A plan for tonight that only shows the steps that matter: cheap hours first, ready by the time you leave.

Volte charges when power is cheap, warms the cabin before you leave, finds a charger with a good coffee next to it, and tells you what every mile costs.
Volte brings order to the car's day: clean cards, real numbers from the car, and decisions made before you have to think about them.

A plan for tonight that only shows the steps that matter: cheap hours first, ready by the time you leave.

A clear summary of the week: where you charged, what it cost, and what the same miles would have cost in gas.

Lock, climate, vent, frunk, trunk, sentry and the charge limit on one screen. If the car is asleep, Volte wakes it and sends the command.
*Works while the car sleeps. Volte never wakes it on its own.

Live stalls and power for every charger, then what is open within a short walk of the one you pick.

Short, well-timed nudges about the car. No daily digest, nothing you did not ask for.
Rear left is down two inches. Close it before the rain gets here?
The Tesla app gives you a limit and a departure time. Volte adds a finish time and a budget, and keeps the cabin schedule out of the way.

Charge to a fixed percentage at the current you set. The everyday mode: plug in at 10 PM, forget it, the car is ready in the morning.
Ask for miles instead of a percentage. Volte works out the energy, sets the limit to match and tells you when it lands.
Give tonight a cap in dollars. At your home rate Volte buys as much as the cap allows, off-peak first, and stops at the number.
Set the time you leave. Volte lowers the current to the slowest rate that still gets there, so the battery spends the night at a gentle rate instead of racing to full and sitting.
Suggestions built from the car's state, the weather and your rates. One tap does it; nothing runs without you.
"Charge to 90 tonight." "Cool the cabin to 68." "Nearest open charger." It reads the car's real state, makes the change, and tells you what it did.

Any Tesla that works with the Tesla app: Model S, 3, X, Y and Cybertruck. One car per account today; up to five is on the list.
You sign in on Tesla's own page through the official Fleet API. Volte gets a token, never your password, and you can revoke it from your Tesla account at any time.
No. Volte never wakes a sleeping car on its own. While the car sleeps it checks the cheap state endpoint only, and reads full data when the car is already awake, charging or driving.
Nothing during early access. The phone apps will have a free plan and a paid plan; the price is announced before they ship.
No. It is an independent app for Tesla owners and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc.
